Corrosion, humidity, dust and dirt particles or incorrect storage can very quickly cause damage to your stored units. And if you then suffer a machine outage, you may not have functioning modules on hand to rectify the issue. The fact that the resulting high costs and disruption are very much avoidable makes the situation all the more irritating.
To prevent such problems before they arise, we offer an affordable cleaning and inspection service for your modules. At your request, we can also perform a data backup for your HMI devices.

Where possible, the module undergoes professional cleaning in ultrasonic baths or in an industrial cleaning system.
DATA BACKUP/RECOVERY
We will create a backup of your project configuration and restore the data to the device after cleaning and inspection.
FUNCTION TEST
To check the modules under real conditions and safeguard their performance in everyday use, the cleaning process is followed by a function/load test, for which we also use original test benches from the manufacturer.
