Shipping partner
The goods are dispatched by our logistics partner UPS as standard. In exceptional cases, shipping can be carried out with other parcel service providers by arrangement.
Shipping costs
All shipping costs depend on the weight of the goods/volume weight and the country of destination. These are displayed in detail in the order process before you send the order. You can also choose from various UPS shipping methods such as UPS Standard, UPS Saver or UPS Express.
Insurance
Each parcel is insured up to € 500.00 value of goods. Should you require a higher insurance or have your own transport insurance, please contact us.
Express courier
On request by telephone, delivery by express courier is also possible at any time if the required item is in stock. by express courier is possible at any time! By car, truck or even by plane.
