REPAIRS
QUICK AND SIMPLE
We can repair both current and manufacturer-discontinued modules. A repair usually takes 10 to 20 working days, provided we have all necessary parts in stock. In urgent cases, we also offer an optional emergency repair service to minimize machine downtimes in cases where we have no replacement module in stock.

IN THE AREA OF REPAIRS
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
After receiving your module, it undergoes professional cleaning in ultrasonic baths or in an industrial cleaning system to eliminate any malfunctions due to contamination.
PRODUCT OVERHAUL
As part of our “product overhaul” process, we not only swap faulty components but also preventively replace any parts that are subject to aging or higher levels of wear.
FUNCTION TEST
To check the modules under real conditions and safeguard their performance in everyday use, the product overhaul process is followed by a function/load test, for which we also use original test benches from the manufacturer.
DATA BACKUP/RECOVERY
Where possible, we will create a backup of your project configuration and restore the data to the repaired device.
WARRANTIES
In the case of product overhaul, we provide a warranty of up to 12 months for the entire module.
CUSTOM REPAIRS
If it is only a matter of a faulty keyboard or touchscreen and you don’t require a complete overhaul of your product, we are happy to provide you a with a smaller repair package at a reduced cost.
