To avoid expensive spare part purchases and the need for you to scrap your faulty module, we offer a more affordable solution: You can simply swap your defective component for a refurbished module. We offer this replacement service both for current modules and for parts long discontinued by the manufacturer.

DATA BACKUP/RECOVERY
If you have faulty modules containing data that you have not backed up or for which you are unable to re-import the relevant project, you are welcome to send them in to us. We will attempt to recover your data from the faulty component and install it on the replacement unit. Once we have successfully recovered the data, we will provide you with a replacement module including all your data.
SOLUTION-ORIENTED
The modules received by EFI-automation are usually reparable. In exceptional cases, our sales department will perform a recalculation and inform you of the spare part price, which can also be included in the replacement quote if required.
RAPID DISPATCH
We will send you a refurbished module without delay. You can even have the article delivered by courier on the very same day. You can immediately begin using the replacement part and get your production back up and running. You should then send the faulty module to us within one week along with a description of the fault.
