EFI-automation GmbH boasts one of Germany’s largest networks of manufacturers and service providers in the field of sales and repairs. This allows us to call upon other inventories if we don’t happen to have a specific part in stock.

RAPID DISPATCH

We ship worldwide, with shipments generally handled by our logistics partner UPS. Customers can opt for express delivery, while courier services are also available in emergency cases.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

New or spare part?

Only modules that are still in their unopened and sealed original packaging are designated as new parts. Spare parts can be like new, refurbished or used modules.

How long is the warranty period?

We provide up to 12 months warranty for all our new and spare parts.

How can I obtain a quote?

You can either use the contact form or simply give us a call. Alternatively, you can also send your inquiry via e-mail. After checking the availability of your parts, we will e-mail you a quote as soon as possible.

Am I able to return ordered items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of order- or project-specific new parts. Spare parts can be returned by agreement subject to a processing and restocking fee ranging from at least EUR 150.00 up to 30% of the price of the spare part.
